Our AC died on the hottest day of the summer. New to the area, we didn't know who to call. Pro HVAC was the third company I tried, after being told by the first two that they could not take on any more work. I spoke with Sharon, who told me it might be a couple of weeks before there would be a technician available. I explained (as I had to the other two) that my husband had just completed cancer treatment and that his breathing was compromised. She said she would do what she could. I received a call the VERY NEXT DAY that the technician could be there in an hour. Two technicians showed up - Will and Ben. They had the unit up and running within an hour. The repair itself wasn't major, but the need to have cool, clean air running through our home was essential to my husbands wellbeing. We would happily recommend Pro HVAC. Service with heart. If you need HVAC work done this is your company! We needed emergency work on our furnace. We called a dozen companies and went with HVAC pro. The problem was much more complicated than we anticipated but they fixed it, were gracious, explained the situation and charged a VERY reasonable price. So thankful we went with HVAC Pro!
Honestly, if you want the job done right at a very fair price, and completed in a more then sufficient timely manner, then don't even bother calling around shopping for quotes with other contractors. Learn from my experience and just get these guys on the first try instead of 4 contractors and 6 months later like I did. Unfortunately for me I didn't land these guys until my 4th try and let me tell you they did not disappoint. For someone who works with alot of contractors being in my profession as a Licensed Realtor, I have to admit that not only was I satisfied with the work but their entire performance from start to finish was rather impressive to say the least. I called them on a Friday evening and the work was completed the very next day. They beat the cheapest quote I had previously gotten from other contractors by $40, and keep in mind that the previous quotes were quoted for the work to be done during business hours Monday-Friday. Had any other contractor done this work on a Saturday the labor cost would have been almost double the price, and that's if you could even get one to commit to even doing the work on the weekend. They scheduled the job for 3pm on Saturday and arrived at 12pm. Contractors never show up 3 hours early. They had the entire job done from start to finish in 2 hours, including rip out, install, water and gas lines connected and tested. They even replaced my old gate valves with nice new shiny ball valves and didn't even charge me extra. These guys are experienced, business professional, motivated and ambitious. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake that I did, and just call Jeremiah and Mike from the very start. I promise you that you will not regret it.
Jeremiah is an outstanding contractor. I work with a lot of people in the trades and he is by far the best. Working with residential to commercial types of units - he knows it all. Does a great job and finishes promptly. I only recommend Jeremiah when colleagues are looking for HVAC work. I highly recommend Pro HVAC and will use or recommend anyone else.
Jeremiah was prompt , courteous and very helpful. I didn't have heat on one floor and, on a cold weekend it was great that I could get someone to respond quickly and fix it right away! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.
